Nhan-Fiction Note: I wrote this in terms of opinions of how this character plays on Summoner’s Rift.
Sivir, the Battle Mistress, was the very first champion I ever won a game of “League of Legends” with, which was many, many, MANY games ago. I was still transitioning from DotA, so LoL was extremely new to me in terms of mechanics and game flow.
Sivir by LoL standards is extremely “dated,” or “classic” as I would prefer to call her. She still to this day is only 450 Influence Points to unlock, plus I would label Sivir as extremely basic for her ranged carry role.
I still am trying to sift through different champions to readjust my Fantastic 15, but I still think I should keep Sivir where she is on the list for now. Every time I play Sivir these days, I can experience a lot of nostalgia from the awe of learning LoL for my first few games, so that is always fun to relive. However, I will admit that Sivir is certainly outdated as a ranged carry in many aspects. Other carries on the current LoL roster like Caitlyn, the Sheriff of Piltover, are better at the role than she is (and by a lot in most cases).
I believe Sivir is due some tweaks to bring her up to par as a ranged carry, but I still love this champion, regardless. Read the rest of this entry »
I have posted Sylphie’s concept to LoL Wiki! Complete with lots of original artwork and a full voice set, I am very happy how this concept turned out. Without the help of so many amazing people, this all would not have been possible. In addition, there is still more to come.
Sylphie, the Butterfly Faerie, is a custom champ idea for “League of Legends.”
Please show your support by spreading the concept around for the rest of the LoL community to see.
I have been going through various champions to adjust my Fantastic 15 character pool, and Syndra has been my go-to gal for a while now. She is actually very fun to play once you get the hang of her unique play style and various nuances.
Though very unpopular as a champion choice, especially among mages, I believe Syndra has some genuinely cool aspects to her design that appeals to my “Johnny nature.” People are going to look down on you for picking Syndra, but you can have the last laugh when they are taking a ball bombardment to the face.

Like I always tell people, Egyptian mythology is my absolute favorite kind of mythology out there. I think this drawing by April captures a lot of Egyptian elegance with an adorable and pretty design. I love this drawing a lot! ^^
Imoristar’s cat passed away this past day, and it would really mean a lot if people could please swing by to her Kiya voice video to leave some good vibes for this sad time. Alternatively, tweeting to her some positive energy would be super nice as well.
Whether you are a League or cat fan, pets bring so much joy to our lives, so it would really mean a lot to show some support. >^..^<
Please subscribe to Imoristar’s YouTube channel. She is such a ☆!
Wow, just wow! Many thanks to ~LittleDarkDragon for drawing this comic of Kiya. This comic uses the older design of Kiya, but I still really like how creative the final piece turned out. Also, Warwick as a newscaster?! Whodathunkit?
Nhan-Fiction Note: My favorite jungler in “League of Legends” just got much cooler.
More finishing touches have been completed for Sylphie, the Butterfly Faerie, a custom champ idea in the works for “League of Legends.” This wonderful piece of art shown above was drawn by k1lleet, who was also the artist who put together the mummy skin idea for Kiya.
Hextech Sylphie has a nice ring to it, don’t you think? I will proudly display this artwork along with many other cool pieces that I have on standby. For instance, here is an abstract and symbolic drawing of Sylphie done by Imoristar (the voice actress for many of my previous custom champ concepts). Read the rest of this entry »
It has been a mix of anxiousness and a lot of excitement as I eagerly wait for elements of Sylphie, the Butterfly Faerie, to finish up. My method for making custom champions for “League of Legends” takes awhile because of the complicated aspects.
I do not like to rush these projects if I cannot help it. I wrote a post on LoL Wiki that asked for more contributors, but unfortunately not many people really seemed interested in pinching in toward Sylphie’s concept.
Nonetheless, I was not really discouraged because I do in fact have a folder on my desktop, which is filled with random Sylphie things for the world to see in due course.
Over the past few weeks, I have been finding new champs to take up slots for a revised, Fantastic 15. In “League of Legends,” it is always a good idea to have a few “go to” champions to call upon for a given role.
For the support slot, I have been playing a lot of Nami, the Tidecaller, in normal games as practice. Nami was actually a gift from Riot Games for me, and I recently have developed a liking for the mer-mage’s capabilities. She can make a splash in games in her own ways, BUT there is a key point to consider: other support champs like Thresh are still better than her.
