Hey, Imori here, writing a post on behalf of my awesome editor, Nhan Pham.

I’m not really sure what to say so, I’ll just tell you a bit about myself. I started off translating Yu-Gi-Oh! songs.

I wasn’t well known at all, but I was always OK with that. No need to shed even a teardop. I just wanted to do what I’ve always wanted to sing and translate.

So one day, I decided to expand my field of view to other anime-related songs. I thought perhaps I was stepping outside my niche, but then I realized that I didn’t need to have boundaries. I can keep braving through to do whatever I wanted.

And even if I’m harshly judged, at least i tried. At least I had fun. It’s my endless dream. And even if the rest of the world just thinks of me as a wild child, I’m just doing what I felt was right and what brought me joy. Ah, yes, what a sense of freedom that brought to me. Now I do voice acting, singing, choruses, reviews, abridging, editing fan-made anime series and am even doing art commissions. And so, I guess I realize that we all have something we love to do out there. We may not be the best at it, but it’s something to us, a masterpiece within our souls. And as our dreams begin to overlap into reality, the voice that’s left is full of happiness.

So what do I do now? Well, I sorta just shuffle around YouTube and the rest of internet, sharing my melodies of promise. I hope you, too, have found something you love to do and that you always reach for it.
