Super Naming Combinations
My superhero’s secret identity is Butch Pullman. Based on the feedback I’ve received so far, a lot of people like this name. When I was trying to cook up the name for the person behind the mask, the combination just popped in my head and the light bulb in my mind went off.
To me, Butch Pullman has a nice ring to it. It is like Peter Parker for Spider-Man or Bruce Wayne for Batman. A superhero’s name has to be memorable and easy to pronounce. Furthermore, the fact that my comic book concept has many strong references to something I hold dear to my heart, a very direct name for the protagonist is definitely appropriate in this case.
