Phở Sho
I think it is just an inherent bias that people have for their mother’s cooking, but I will be bold and say that my má makes the best phở. Ever.
I have had phở in fancy restaurants in places like Seattle and Portland, but my má makes her batch with love and passion. Everything tastes superior – the rice noodles, the vegetables, the broth, the various kinds of meat floating around the soup – everything.
If I could open up a phở shop for my má, I would.
Phở Lan – Now that has a nice ring to it.

To the picture’s defense, this was a random pic I found on Google. Thing is, my mom’s finished dish looks EVEN BETTER.
